Two Ways to Keep Cool

The patent pending vest is specially designed to provide two methods of cooling. The inner surfaces cool on contact, while a removeable fan blows cool air on the wearer. Don't want to use the fan? No problem...it can be removed and replaced with a cover.

Adjustable to Fit

Adjusting the shoulder straps is as simple as repositioning the Velcro where needed. This can add an extra 3.5 inches in length. The side straps also have around 12 inches of adjustability on each side. This adjustment is built into the side release buckles.

Designed to Last

We designed the Jakal cooling vest to outlast other products in two ways. First, we used incredibly tough laminated Cordura fabric to handle extreme environments. Second, we use two layers of ice sheets and thick insulation to maximize the life of the ice.

Customize it Your Way

Attach your gear directly to the laser cut molle pattern. This gives you quick access to anything from lights and work gloves all the way to action cameras and microphones.

A More Comfortable Temperature

The laminated contact surface limits the thermal conductivity between the ice packs and your skin. This means the interface temperature between you and the vest is still cool, but not ice cold. In our testing, we typically had an interface temperature around 60 degrees Fahrenheit while wearing a t-shirt under the vest.
