Beat the heat with our ultra tough cooling vest. This vest will keep you cool for around 2 hours while working in in the harsh summer heat. It’s designed for comfort and performance thanks to the flexible ice packs and durable construction.
We made this vest from military grade laminated Cordura because we wanted this vest to last as long as you.This laminate improves the contact temperature between the ice pack and skin to ensure it’s comfortably cool, but not ice cold. In our testing, the contact temperature between the vest and wearer was around 60-70 degrees Fahrenheit - which feels great!
It includes a double layer ice pack which last longer than most other cooling vests on the market and is easily swappable for extended use. The ice packs are flexible which allow for greater mobility in physically demanding applications. We also sought to minimize any material where it wasn’t absolutely needed so the vest is breathable, comfortable and provides optimal cooling. Cheaper vests on the market have large areas of fabric across the shoulders, chest and sides that keep heat and moisture in without providing any cooling.
Different accessories and tools can be attached directly to the vest thanks to integrated laser cut molle panels.
Multiple body types can be accommodated as we have designed the cooling vest to be adjustable. The shoulder straps can be adjusted about 3.5 inches, and the side straps have around 12 inches of adjustability.
This version doesn’t have a fan or flow channels to keep it simple for those of you that don’t need the cold air blower. It cools through conduction on the inner surfaces of the front and rear vest panels just like our other offerings. If you do want the added benefit of blown cold air, please look into our other offerings that include flow channels.
